Cricket 09-09-09

Our Under 13 Boys played in the Huddersfield Schools Cricket Final last night against Scissett Middle. In a really good game, Scissett scored 121 off their 20 overs and unfortunately our boys came up short in their run chase by 16 runs. Mutayab Ahmed was the star batsmen scoring 31 retired and Chandler Humble / Mutayab also bowled very well. The boys although disappointed were a real credit to the school.

Mutayb and Binyameen Husdsain also gained significant representative honours this year representing Huddersfield Schools and the Lord Taverners team. Congratulations to the both!
